How old are you?

I am curious about the age of my fellow ICD/CRT-D recipients here on the board.
I will be 79 in Jan.. Got my first one in 2006. No major events since. Knock on wood! :xmassleigh:

I will be 73 July 1st... Had my first known SVT episode in February 2007 in a hotel room in Bangkok. Scary.

throw in some VT & A-Fib and that's me
Meds: Diltiazem 180mg, spriractin and chlorthalidone 25mg, Amiodarone 100mg, Asprin 100mg, Thyroxine 100mg

Medtronic-Visia AF implanted 7-8-2016 stayed with the with 6947 Sprint Quattro Secure lead. Original ICD implant 2-4-2009. ICD turned off 10-6-17 as stage 4 lung cancer taking over.
Major heart attack, carcinogenic shock and quad bypass 10-13-08 post myocardial infarction, old inferior MI complicated by shock and CHF, combined, Atherosclerosis, abdominal aortic Aneurysm, Seroma 7 cm, left leg. Stent in the left main vein 10-7-2014

I just turned a double nickel. (55) Maybe I will actually collect Social Security someday.

I have a Boston Scientific Teligen ICD and a Boston Scientific Promus stent,
I guess my cardiologist is sort of a BS kind of guy.

Two rules to live by:
1) Don't sweat the small stuff!
2) It's all small stuff!

44 here, had it for three 1/2 years now....Not sure I want it anymore..

65 and holding...My first device was put in May of '98 now on my third... Guidant Cognis CRT-D. Was shocked once with each of my earlier devices but knock on wood no excitement with version 3.0 :anisnow:

DCM with heart failure (EF 15%) diagnosed in May of 1998. First ICD fitted in July of 1998. On my third device a Boston Scientific CRT-D put in June '09 following AV node ablation. Current EF 35%. Current Meds: warfarin, amiodarone, coreg, lisinopril, Crestor, aldactone, baby aspirin

I'm 62 years old. Will turn 63 on February 22th, and have had my St.Jude ICD for two years.

49 be 50 in may. It will be 5 years in feb for my device. Battery is getting low might get a new one next year. 3 shocks in 5 years. Thank god for SS Disability insurance.

48, next month I will be a ripe age of 49 years oooollld. Had my I CD only 6 months now.

I'll be 61 in April, my ICD was implanted in May of 2008. Since then every birthday that rolls around is greeted with a smile :tooth:

3rd: Implanted on right side 12/2/16

Received therapy on 7 occasions, all appropriate
