Low sodium and healthy is the goal.

I am not affiliated with any websites or links but will post what I have used.

Thanks. It is also good that you will be using the ICD Recipe forum.

Finding a place to buy low sodium products is sometime difficult. I have found that one low sodium product may have almost as much sodium as one without the reduced label.
One group of products is the tomato paste, sauce and diced. Many have very little but don't show as being low. I also use low sodium chicken broth, the one I use has 20mg per cup while another low sodium may have 70mg and some 140mg.

The lesson is READ THE LABEL.

That is the truth! It has been a blessing in disguise for us, now that most everything is homemade! My whole family is eating healthier. It is amazing the amount of sodium in "fast foods".
