Paying the price big time I think.

Post by Leah » July 5th, 2018, 9:50 pm

Hi All-
I saw the APRN from my EP office just for a wound check only. He told me I could eat regular food and that the low sodium diet is done. I heard 3 things from 3 difference doctors and they are not the same story. So who do I go with? And this morning I was 139lbs and now at 11:00 at nite I’m 142lbs so my question is if I’m 142lbs in the morning does that mean the fluids came back into my lungs and will it be nessacy to contact the doctor? Thank you.

Leah - I doubt you have anything to worry about. You can't compare your morning weight with your night weight. You've been eating and drinking all day so your naturally going to weigh more. Weigh yourself once a day in the A.M. when you get up, before or after you pee, just do it the same every day.

Best wishes. Alan
