I wouldn't be game enough to ask this question Helen. If you do, how about me. I talk to much face to face, but I think I am worse on here.

So of course you don't.

Haha Chrissie..i pulled on the big girl panties before i asked....but reason for the question is...I seem to be forever online......babbling on about nothing in particular, and the last few days looking at the site all i can see is my name plastered all over it...and you know im a chatterbox like you so its hard for me to know when im overdoing it....i have thick skin so if you think i need to cut back anyone ...tell me..until then business as usual.. thanks guys.

Keep posting all you want! I have something to read while I’m catching up on all that’s going on around here.

I’m not one for talking too much, that is unless you get me going about my kids. Then I can’t stop and it gets boring fast.

Yes, it’s been a real heat wave here. I tried to go for a walk/run a couple times but my hr goes from 86 to anywhere between 155 and 195. Not sure why it does this but I noticed it started happening when the heat and humidity spikes. I’ve been staying in the ac and taking more naps than usual. The poor kiddos have been really bored, and making a mess of the house

Did you hear about the dust cloud heading our way all the way from Somalia? It’s supposed to hit me tomorrow. But since it’s supposed to thunderstorm, we won’t see the dust but we should see a hazy sky because it’s going to mix in with the rain. That will be my excitement for the week.

Not sure what it did because I ended up falling asleep :(

And my son corrected me saying it was a sand storm from the Sahara Dessert.

Sand might be worse than mere dust making mud. If lightning struck the sand it might turn it all into glass!

I don't know if you over there experience this, but we had a very bad experience of it a couple of years ago. It is called Thunderstorm Asthma, and if the weather is right, people die. We had about 8 deaths, and lots of hospital admissions because of it. Often people who do not even know they have asthma. Just seeing the dust storm made me think of how vulnerable we all are, we don't know how these environmental events will affect us.
