Nice article! I've wondered about is a 1.8 better or worse than a 3.2 reading. Seems if in doubt, better to take more warfarin and go "high" than take less and go "low."

Still not sure about the connection between rat poison and warfarin. Think it might be a bit of "old wive's tales."
