Beautiful morning here in the Kawarthas.....the students are leaving the area till sept...but the tourists are piling in...i dont know which i prefer..probably the students....the birds are back...eating my grass seed...and the squirrels are climbing the poles and eating the bird food...the cat nip has started to grow again...so theres a great open buffet for the neighborhood cats.....and the lull before the invasion of the mossies..

in other words..Summer has started.....

It is now late Thursday evening now and almost a month later here in the UK.

Our cat ate two nesting birds and their children the other day. Nature can be cruel.
