1. When you visited our “Home Page” at you should have found a “link” at the bottom of the page to “Register here” That link takes you through the process of registration. If on the “Home Page” you clicked on the “Message Board” link, you will see a “register” link just under our heading. That will also take you through the process. When you have completed the process an E-mail is automatically generated back to you that reads as follows:

“To: YOUR E-MAIL address
Subject: Welcome to "ICD Support Group"

Welcome to ICD Support Group forums.
Please keep this e-mail for your records. Your account information is as follows:

Username: (the user name you picked)
Password: (the password you picked)

Board URL:

Your account is currently inactive, the administrator of the board will need to activate it before you can log in. You will receive another e-mail when this has occurred.

Please do not forget your password as it has been encrypted in our database and we cannot retrieve it for you. However, should you forget your password you can request a new one which will be activated in the same way as this account.

Thank you for registering.

Thank You, ICD Support Group Administration Team”

2. The system will generate a message to each of the site administrators that you have completed the above process and are ready for your account to be activated. Usually within 24-48 hours one of them will review your registration and in most cases activate your account. If they have any questions about your application they will send you a request for more information.
Once your account has been activated you will receive the 2nd E-mail. This new E-mail will advise you to log into the site using the username and password you received in the previous E-mail.

3. Once onto the site we would like to learn a little more about you and your condition. That information will help other members better respond to your questions. After you sign on you can link to:

You can then click on the “post reply” tab and write your story. You may want to see what others have said first.
