First off, thanks for starting this forum. Hopefully now that the left overs and deserts are gone from the fridge, i can get back to focusing on my weight. I don't have a huge weight problem, but according to the doctors any little bit you can lose, the better off you are. So my goal is to get to what is my target BMI which would equate to around 195 lbs. That is only about 8 lbs...but the problem will be staying there once I reach my goal. I lost 17 lbsbetween August and December but gained 2 back in Dec. So, let the games begin!
