i'm getting ready to come home to thanksgiving i have been eating steak all week, I have to go to the dr on tuesday the day i get home just wait till he sees how much weight i gained, Part water he'll want to put me in the hospital

A little protein is good for most of us. I think the problems we have eating out is not only too much red meat but everything that goes with it. I actually did better in Las Vegas than on the family farm last summer. Rich and salty foods do it to me. Plus I did get back to "normal" after only a few days. Don't worry, take your punishment like a real soldier. offwall wavhi

Medtronic-Visia AF implanted 7-8-2016 stayed with the with 6947 Sprint Quattro Secure lead. Original ICD implant 2-4-2009. ICD turned off 10-6-17 as stage 4 lung cancer taking over.

I took a pitcure of the prime rib to show him. He use to work in vegas, he told me it eas great to work because everything is open 24 hrs.
