Wonderfull job, its nice to post your picture, but it would also be nice if you shared how you did it? I see that several people asked, and I would like to know myself.

I haven't been following this tread but do know that losing 100 lbs is clearly something noteworthy.

I know what it's like to quit smoking. It's no joke.

But I strongly suspect that knocking off 100 lbs is even tougher.

You can get along just fine without smoking. But you can't get along with out eating.

Knocking off 100 lbs requires an extraordinary amount of discipline, effort and constant attention to the matter.

You are to be commended !

My little girl is once again trying to reduce. So far 50 in about one time. What did you do? I will successfully transfer. I have excellent regard for you. After viewing my little girl battle this over and over again, I know the perform, commitment and discomfort it requires to reduce considerable quantities of bodyweight.
