I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying you would undergo the surgery and take the risk but they are not giving that option? Or is it vice versa? I've duck-duck-go'ed it and it seems that it can be done keyhole, so minimally invasive, but still requires you to go on bypass. As an aside, another go...
